The Midnight Train to Georgia...

It's official!  JD and I are moving to Atlanta in July of this year.  It'll be really exciting to be in a whole new place, and very stressful that it's all happening last minute and I learned about it in the middle of finals week.  I can't wait to see the billboard project first hand.

Any FA (or other) advice or resources for Atlanta?  We hopefully want to settle where we can easily get to the Georgia Tech campus, but I hear the public transit is pretty good.

Welcome (early) to Georgia! I live about 45 minutes south of Atlanta, but I do hope that you'll be posting or mentioning any positive FA resources you come across. I avoid the city whenever possible, myself, but I know a lot of people love it. MARTA is the main mode of travel around the city, and definitely around GT, and everyone I know who uses it is quite happy with the service. There is a clinic I like to volunteer with on the north side, on the edge of Dekalb, and I have an ashram/holistic healing center I also enjoy going so I hope to be around the area more often. I definitely look forward to having another FA voice in the state!
